New Recipe From Betty Crocker ~Pumpkin Cream Chesse Pie!

Pecan Shortbread Cookie Crust

1 1/2 cups lightly packed crushed shortbread cookies with pecans (16 cookies)

3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted Filling

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

3 eggs

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1 tablespoon milk

1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, mix all crust ingredients until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom and side of ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake about 12 minutes or until light golden brown.

2. In large bowl, beat sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and both packages of cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth; reserve 1/2 cup. Add all remaining filling ingredients except milk to cream cheese mixture. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, until smooth. Pour into crust.

3. In small bowl, mix reserved 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture and the milk. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Cut through cream cheese and pumpkin mixtures with knife in S-shaped curves in one continuous motion. Turn pie plate one-fourth turn and repeat. Cover edge of crust with 2- to 3-inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.

4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, removing foil for last 15 minutes of baking. Cool 30 minutes. Cover loosely and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Sam Galindo's Recipe Pork-N-Noodle Soup

4 of Boxes Thin Slices Pork Steak
Large bag thin Noodles
Large can Diced Tomatoes
Cumin
Chopped Real Garlic

Combine, Cook Pork steak then sprinkle cumin and minced Garlic then apart of pork steaks from bone to making slices of pork leave that there off from stove and then cooking for 1/4 Tsp Vegetable oil and Noodle and fill it out water in the large pan and Diced Tomatoes til tender noodles then you can put it in from Pork steak pan to large pan til taste better favor spices you can ADD it in then serve to eat !!!!!

Bacons
Chorizon
Fresh Tomatoes
One Onion
One Fresh Citantro
48oz Pinto Beans Jar

Combine .....Chopped Bacons then cook til crispy when they are done...
Put the bacons on the towel paper and leave that there ....
cook the chorizon then add the bacons.... to keep warm there awhile chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro put to pinto beans and fill the warm water from pinto bean jar til you want to stop fill in the pan like soup same you do cooking homemade soup before same thing to do ......leave there for half hour til tomatoes and pnion cook to soft or you can add finall is hot dog or sausage whatever you add for meat kind of different you like it! so you can add in the bowl for Mozzerella cheese torilla wrap in the bowl then pinto bean soup how much you want put in the your bowl and sooooo Delicious! Have A Enjoy Dinner!

Delicious Pumpkin Muffins!

2 Cup Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Cooked, Mashed Pumpkin (half of a one can)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Egg
3/4 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)

Directions: Preheat Oven to 400
Grease Muffin Pan.....

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl....
In a Second bowl, Combine pumpkin,milk,oil,egg and vanilla....Stir well.
ADD Liguild ingredients to dry ingredients stirring just til dry ingredientsare moist.....
Fold in Raisins......
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, then filling each 2/3 full.....
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned muffins......
Remove muffins from Pan til immediately cool off!
Serve to eat for breakfast or Snack!

1 LBS Hamburgers

1 Tomato soup can

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Cream of Mushroom can

1 Jar of Salsa

10 Flour Tortillas peices one bag

1 Chesse shredded bag (2 cups half )

Directions:

First of all is cooking 1 lbs hamburgers to done til cool off awhile you put in all of in the cake pan are Tomato Soup, Milk, cream of mushrooms can, and whole empty of Salsa jar ... to Stir ( no cooking nothing ) til smooth and put it Hamburgers to in the cake pan to mix in from above and chesse to sprinkle to stir then you want to more chesse for topping before you put in the stove that your depend feeling like to be mood to eat Delicious so turn it on stove is 350' and cook to 15-20 minutes or til see tomato and mushrooms to making thick with chesse that depend you taste better then done smile to serve ! or cool off to eat that up to you !

its my idea recipe to be try different new food than same old taco bell! lol

2 Pineapple cubes slice cans ( not small cans ) Its BEST DOLE!

1 Big Cool Whip

1 Big Vanilla Pudding

1 One Bag Walnut chopped


First of all is Vanilla pudding that follow up same thing put it in milk with pudding in box and then get pineapple to save juice in the can to put like half of juice in the bowl with pudding then mixing til smooth to taste like so Thick!! then put it in pineapple without of juice out before you go in the bowl for pineapple not too much juice just half juice of one can that all that other can juices go in the sink ....... then using big spoon to mixing for pineapple in the bowl then Chopped walnuts to making small like sprinkle to put top the bowl that all then serve for them or put it in ref..... to making more cold!!! TASTE SO DELICIOUS!

I know I know I have not change that subject since so far I had been payments to paid off for Our internet So I have more news this month now there you go....
I had enjoyed with My girls and I had talked with My favorite sister with her baby AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Cutie too small baby and She have her ears are like My mom!!! My god! I bet my mom proud of this heheh...Since this weekends We have been busy ! because My old friends came over from Saginaw.... and Had to early birthday party with My best friend before she have surgery for Cochlear Implant on june 2nd so we had good time and all weekend with our friends for Pinic (eat outside from grill out ) At motel in hart and We had fun then We and my friends came over my place to have play poker with allll Pennies to have good time til 3 am to next day We were soo worn it out so I have only sleep for 4 hours that all til today finally we have peace to stay home to nothing to do week til Friday to have paycheck! lol ! Also My friends took me to go Muskegon to see at Laketon to visit My grandma Wheeler in funeral that i missed her alot and My daddy is in ash at my mom s home! I bet My daddy already knew that I light it the candle by picture of Navy Uniform my daddy ! I missed him so much for 3 yrs now! :-)

Delicious Cookies That I Found From Internet!

Lunch Box Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter,Softened
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cup Flour (depend to see enough for dough)
1 Cup Quick-cooking Rolled Oats

Directions:

1) In a large mixing bowl beat butter and peanut better with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds or combined.

2) Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and baking soda. Beat until combined, scraping side of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much flour as you can with the mixer . Stir in any remaining flour. Stir in Oats.

3) Use your hands to roll 2 inches (round teaspoon) to drop dough apart 2 inches on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 375 Degree F. over for 7 to 8 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on cookie sheet for one minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool.
Makes about 40 cookies...

I Love My Mom So Much!

I Love my mom so much because She look so Alive! And I had good time for her birthday party with my families Also I was happy to see my aunt deb and finally uncle warren visits here About time! and i was glad to see him ! and I noticed that my Aunt Deb and My Mom are so close like same their commons (sewing things) and I love that my mom's new purse again that they have alot of purse that my aunt deb made stuff ! I had a great time spend with families its been long time and My mom was cried that alot means to her for big her 60th birthday party that My sister invited me for their birthday party and I was so happy I hope my mom having good time to spend her family at her place! smile ........Wow cherokee is look like my brother chris ! dang! she is growing too fast already and my brother's son Gage is Awesome! he has too bright blue eyes! and Gage look like My mom ! cutie curly hair heheh! Next is my sister's baby is on the way in March to wait to see that baby look like !!! I am so excited! and My sister is more kids than other us that she want to be heaven 7th like show! heheh that she got luckily because she can have more room that her big house! Holidays!

Hey!!!!! I went with my mom and my girls to my brother robert's house for christmas party and dinner and we had good time and enjoy to have play with my neices that cutie was kaden and skylar to get know each other and i was trying to teach them to sign language but they were so shy!!! i love that to play and misses my families alot because no car ya know what i have and I had good time with all of them and misses my daughters alot because they are old enough and they can handle for now because my mom raised them since they were lived there in muskegon but I am glad that girls made it to through with my mom to grow up that i realized that girls needs nana to be safe for them to stay there and better life because girls wants live with Nana that i understand how they feeling and i have to accept that and I wish to be raise my own daughters but I am afraid that to lose them because my ex whatever person might be take them and no way that be safe with my mom til graduate for them to better life.....I am glad that they accepted that to stay there and i can visit them and finally I did look around at my mom's apartment WOW its beautiful that cutie rooms! I loved that ! My mom told me that robert did made it alot for my mom that I am proud of my bro! also I can see that alot of woods there instead no plains wall anywhere! I had good time for Merry Christmas!!!

I always want to join with my hearing family but no communication to talk and i hate to write the paper that waste paper to talk and i know my families wishes me to hear from them or voice and they will happy to hearing my new voice when i have speech threapy and practice to hear from phone and i wanted to communication to my daughters but i have to sign language because if they dont understand me so i can sign when i do same time to use my voice and will help me follow up with my sign language and voice my mom know that i always do that and I really want to talk with my families also they will happy to hear from me like own my voice like new person to talking to my family walkers and wheelers that I dont want to be lonely like left me out not talk anyone because i am deaf but i did not meaning that to be negative thinking because that my feeling that way because when i talk to people and they always look other person to talk like i did not finish because i cant talking my own voice that they dont understand me what i saying like rusty speech that I want to coclhear implant and get to be new person to be me ......please let me know is it good idea and i dont care what is my age to be old and i still have time to get that and i hope you understand how i feeling and i am really READY for Coclhear Implant! thank you and Wish you warm for Merry Christmas! i will Keep You Posted!

Good News!

I am sorry to not show up for jenny's concert last monday because Kent and I had to go with my best friend Sam and Melissa to go Grand Rapids , Michigan hospital because Sam had surgery for cochlear implant to become hearing person and I had to see because I want to know how he feeling after surgery done and I am so sure that I want to be getting coclhear implant to be hearing person that reasons I want to see myself to see so I won't be afraid to feeling to get surgery that i am so sure that i am going to be having coclhear implant that now i am not afraid anymore because my mom want me to be coclhear implant when i was 12 years old that i was so scared to see that something show from picture to how through that i was so young to be scared and i was realized to be handle it to get pain after surgery now i am so understanding clear to through what sam did ........ya dont understand then asking my mom about it and she will tell you ! And i will keep post for me to get coclhear implant for appointment and approve for this and i will let ya know how through this okay and keep posted !

Hey Everyone!!!

Hey Everyone! Sorry I have not been in posting since so far We got computer now its good deal for computer its costs us $45.00 dollars for everything execpt need new hard drive that all we can and We have been pretty good and I like that picture of that because I love to watch move that Space jam (basketball) that cutie!! We are still living in our apartment since so far finally we feel stable our home because we have not moving anywhere yet because I am on section 8 like housing under government and I bet that I would not moving anymore because time to go to stay because of i am tired of moving and losing my things no more for me that time for me to go stay now Also I love that our landlord because he is very friendly and very understanding also help us alot ......I already took new tiles for our restroom landlord let us remodeling anytime that how he is very nice!!!!I feel like its really our home now!......kent and I had good time with my best friend melissa's family for our thanksgiving dinner and we have good time also we had to watch rent movies was Santa Clause 3, live free and hard die , and El Ecantial something that all movies are really good but My favorite move actor Tim Allen in Santa Clause 3 is really cutie and awesome!!! but my best friend melissa and I have been cooking alot of foods last night before we had ready for dinner tonite also alot of dishes to wash but luckily , melissa had dishwasher to easier to put it to wash it in machine heheh!

Anyways, on novemeber 28th, I have appointment for surgery for my tooth because I had to go muskegon family care dental that for emergency for pull my tooth but i won't let dentist man pulled all the way because i can feel in root its really pain butt!! they tried to put it numb but i am really feel very senstive when its tried to pull it out but its still half way in my tooth so i have appointment for health pavillion oral surgery to put me sleep to pull it out of it and i hope so to not feel anything! I hate to feel any pain!! smile.....I will keep posted how was it and I was thinking about Xmas because I don't have any Xmas tree :-( because I love to watch that flash color lights ya know what i mean... but its might be much for presents alot ya know only i can give for my daughters something that i can its hard for me because i feel embrassed that i was thinking about alot of people can affordable for buy for all of families and I don't ....I did not mean that to talk negative that how i feel......I was thinking because I noticed that to try lawaway but I can't because I just found it out mejier or wal*mart are stopped to have lawaway :-( I wish to be have be hearing but I am sure that I am planning to have become hearing from surgery its called (CI) my mom know what is called ya can asking my mom about it and I am planning because i have appointment on january to talking about to appointment for surgery to processing .......I am so excited because I missed to talk hearing people for our families since last time I used to talk with our hearing family when i was young and I feel like to betray to my families ebut i know its not true but no one in my families to talk to me been long time but I am okay with me because i know families are so busysmile I am glad that I reading on blogspot.com to know there how's doing and I hope ya reading what I says and if you don't understand then leaving the comments I would repeat to ya what is means I always love all our families !!!! \,,

What's going on for Labor Day???

I was thinking about Labor Day for what's up ?? I just want to know ya there doing to have good time before Kids are going back to School and Parents are needing breaktime!!!! There's Parents can dancing in the house anywhere somehow Kids are in the school and There will have FUN!
My Best Friends And I might have good time sometime My best friend have a new job to be working at hospital in shelby to do janitor and she will have good money for work full time because She finally have break time for kids because their kids are finally have full day for school now! YAYA! and She have a happy family for each other!
I can't beleiving that our anniversary and grandparents wheeler's anniversary too on October 9th...... and I was thinking about Belated bridal shower for our families and Have any ideas??? Because I need support for me belated bridal shower because I dont want to have miss it also honeymoon is laterrrrrrrrrrrrr! also i was thinking about ladies nights for bridal shower something to have good time so i want to have good memories and I always wanted to be with my sister but i can't because she was first married i was only 12 years old and so now I am older and I Want to have experince this for bridal shower and we can have good memories and i can put it in scrapbook to give our daughters when they are get older and i want to have them to have it this good memories so they can learn too before they do smile.......

I Am Backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hiiiiiiii!!!!!! Good News!My husband kent and I are living a apartment right and we are under section 8 for affordable rent and We don't pay rent is Zero!!!! just We can pay our bills that all we can and our section 8 is on my rent for one year is no paid for rent YAYAYAY !

One thing is no one hiring us for jobs and hard for us because no car or other ....ya know here is small town and walking and we did applied and no luck!but our best is keeping bother them to hiring us but we have to think positive!

my birthday was very well i guess....i got cards from my girls and mom also my best sister too .... i am reallllllllly so happy that i got sewing machine from my mom i was very screamed!!!!!!!! I really want one that finally I am own that sewing machine i got early birthday last Selem Dan's graduation party! I am still learning to do that and keep me busy and I was thinking about to have making towels or patches and also quilt or blankets but not yet decide!!!! because christmas are coming !!! have any ideas for christmas things i can making ??? Also broken records that weather is wow soooo hot and grass are very dry so kent and I are trying something to do water and its hard to becomes greeeeeeeen! GRRRR its too fast to be dry wow........
